Shop Relations
MBSS doesn’t guarantee students job placement; however, we make every effort to assist our students in finding placement opportunities prior to and upon graduation from our program.
Throughout the year, we have many guest speakers from various local shops and salons come and speak to our students to offer words of advice and encouragement and offer an opportunity to network with some of the top professionals in our community.
We have graduates at some of the following shops: Next Generation, Off The Top Barber Shop, Kingz Barber Shop, Fade Masters, Butlers Barber Lounge, Great Clips, Elite Barber Shop, Look at Me Now, Private Island Barber and Salon, Hair Masters Express, amongst many other shops.

Madison Barber Stylist School LLC (MBSS) was founded in March 2020 by Yolande Francois and her son Zack Isaac. The institution officially enrolled its first student in March 2020. The date of the first graduate was December 2020.
All programs are offered at the certificate level and lead to a state-issued license after successfully passing the state examination. Madison Barber Stylist School LLC offers a certificate of completion for Class A Barber.
The institution operates on a twelve-month calendar, with continuous enrollment. We enroll students on the first Tuesday of each month, unless changes are made by management. We accept students on a part-time (20-hours/week) and full-time basis (30-hours/week). We accept weekly and monthly payment plans with a a minimal down payment of $1,000.00. Our course cost is $14,300.00. The delivery system used for instruction is the traditional classroom lecture and laboratory practice on the clinic floor.
The campus administrative staff members are, Zack Isaac, Dajohn Edwards Johnson, Mario Salazar-Fernandez, and Tobias High. The campus full-time instructional staff member is Mr. Isaac. All other instructional staff members are part-time or per diem.
